Where do I begin with my SEO?

Hi,

Just starting getting into SEO, just doing it in my spare time and need to know where to start. The site I am targeting is just for a friend.

It has

- virtually no Google ranking

- has been active for 5 years

- has no generated back links

-no wordpress, twitter or facebook page. (but could make one)

Given a total blank page where would you start?


Should I buy links in the services are or get someone to look at my keywords.


Any suggestions very welcome.

Usually,we do it by our hands & brains.
Also some time you will think it is so complicate to analysis it.
And you can try it.
