How do I Get Google Indexed

How can I get Google index? I have tired search engine submission, social bookmarking and forum but still didn’t get Google index.

Google indexed fast mode is easy easy to difficult things may be difficult to change difficulty also easily. Google doesn't index every site on the same speed, if website a adds a new page at the same time as Web site B, this does not mean they will both be indexed at the same time.
