To get Google page rank every one is trying to best.....It is not yet so easy...plenty of hard work is needed for that.

One of my sites is almost at a PR4. Thats the best so far.

There are lots of ways to add page rank to your website through the placing of backlinks. Everyone puts backlinks on the usual sites, like blogs, forums, social bookmarking...etc And we all should do this anyway. The key is te quality of the backlinks. And as you have mentioned, at least a PR7 rank in google.

Hard to say without seeing it the ads and site...

But check for these things:
1. Is your page relevant?
2. Competition in your market - is anyone trying to outbid you?
3. CTR -is that good?
4. Try exact and phrase matching for these keywords and check the results.
